Ms. Klára Grunsberg M.S.
Klara Grunsberg, working as the the director and advisor at the training and Recruitment Centre in Prague, responsible for the cooperation with other training and recruitment centres in Europe and in Hong Kong. Writing the methodology for modern Household and Managers skills. Klara worked both in the luxury hospitality industry and in private services since 1997. Graduated at Charles University, she speaks Czech, English and Russian.
Šárka has been working as a professional nanny in the families of aristocrats and other professionally and socially prominent families since 1999. She has been training and mentoring future nannies since 2014. She is a Psychology and First Aid Course graduate.
Radka is a baby nurse. For a number of years, she worked as a pediatric nurse in a pediatric clinic and lead new borne care courses for mothers. She is a Psychology and Pedagogy Course graduate. She started the cooperation with Klara Agency in 2001. As a baby nurse she has worked in the families of managers where she has taken care for the newborne babies after their mothers returned to their jobs. Since 2009, she has been working in Klara Agency as a professional First Aid Instructor. She cooperates closely with the Emergency Medical Service in organizing Children First Aid trainings.
Lucie Le Roux
Born in Czech Republic, many years worked as Event Manager in Mandarin Oriental, Prague, where she promoted services to corporate executives and nurtured VIP accounts.
She got also very proffesional training at Celebrity Cruise Line as Guest Relation Senior Manager, Lucie is certified Regional Coordinator service quality of Czech system of quality of service (project implemented by the Ministry for Regional Development, financed by EU structural funds and the goal of improving services in tourism and related services), she speaks Czech, English and German.
Lance Le Roux
Born in south Africa, trained as Banqueting Manager in Moevenpick Royal Palm Hotel, Dar Es Salaam Tanzania and in Protea Hotel Capital, Pretoria, South Africa. Lance worked long time as Mentor which helps to develop and provide on-the-job training to new recruits in order to improve their current performance at Celebrity Cruises of American cruise line. Lance is a key advisor on modern butler skills as well as Household Managers skills, to discerning international clients.
